Hindustan Fluorocarbons Limited, A subsidiary of Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited, under the Ministry of Chemicals and Petrochemicals. Govt. of India. Engaged in manufacture of PTFE, TFE, HCFC22, Derivatives of TFE, advanced grades of PTFE and Fluoro speciality chemicals.
The basic objective of the Citizens’ Charter is to empower the citizen in relation to public service delivery. The main principles of the Citizens’ Charter movement followed are:

- Accountability: We are accountable to individuals, customers and organisations; and

Manufacture of Poly tetra fluoro ethylene (PTFE) Developing various Fluoro specialty chemicals Developing advanced grades of PTFE Concentrated on sale of intermediate products ie., TFE and CEM 22 Sale of by-product ie., Hydrochloric Acid (HCL) Details of Customers/Clients Government and private organizations as well as private individuals associated with processing of PTFE, advanced grades of PTFE and fluoro speciality chemicals etc
Statement of services provided to each Citizen/Client GROUP SEPARATELY
After supply of the products, suitable technical support is provided for easy processing to make the components. HFL evaluates components manufactured by the processors/customers to establish process parameters for the desired components.
Details of Grievances Redress Mechanism and how to access the same
All customers related grievances like complaint on products will be resolved within a fortnight after receipt of the complaint. Grievances related to employees and citizens will be answered based on the nature of grievance by taking minimum time.
Expectation from the Citizens/Clients
We expect citizens to:
- Send enquiries for products related to fluoro chemicals without hesitation.
- Give opportunity to serve with standard materials manufactured with ISO 9001:2008 standards.
- Make complaints/information regarding products.
This will enable us to serve the customers in efficient manner.
