Over a period of time some of the plants have become non-functional/obsolete and declared as plant held for disposal. Now the Management would like to have a comprehensive assessment of the current value of the assets (including land and buildings) and also assess whether any impairment provision is required under the provisions of AS-28 (Impairment of Fixed Assets)
